Symptoms
When attempting to run a JDBC application, the JDBC 23.2 attempts to connect to the 2nd host listed in the connect string of the JDBC URL that uses a primary database and data guard database as a secondary database, which causes the following error:
ORA-12514: Cannot connect to database. Service <service-name>is not registered with the listener at host <DR-Host> port <port>.
