JMS Create Destination Fails with Error javax.naming.NameAlreadyBoundException (Doc ID 2979354.1)

Symptoms

 

Create a JMS Destination with JNDI name  A.B.C.D.E

Create a second JMS Destination with JNDI name A.B.C.D. It fails and the exception 'javax.naming.NameAlreadyBoundException: D is already bound' is seen in the Server log.
