What Version Should be Returned on a Capture Database Upgraded from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0?

Goal
After upgrading an Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture system from version 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 the version in the DB Schema seems to still be listed as an older version "12.2.1.0.0". Does this indicate there was a problem upgrading the Capture database? The query used to return the version is below:
