ORDS 23.2 Not Installable In Silent mode with Bequeath Option (Doc ID 2980157.1)

Symptoms

Installing  ords-23.2.3.242.1937 fails in silent mode with bequeath option:

The installation command: 
./ords --config /tmp/config/ install --db-hostname <HOSTNAME> --db-port <PORT> --db-servicename <SERVICE_NAME>
--bequeath-connect --feature-db-api true --feature-rest-enabled-sql true --feature-sdw true --proxy-user
--proxy-user-tablespace SYSAUX --proxy-user-temp-tablespace TEMP
--schema-tablespace SYSAUX --schema-temp-tablespace TEMP --password-stdin < /tmp/pw.txt

fails with : 
 

ERROR
-----------------------
Incompatible version of libocijdbc[Jdbc:211100230512, Jdbc-OCI:2111000]

Changes

 Silent Installation with bequeath parameter.
