WebLogic Console does not Display Users and Groups from Newly Configured AD LDAP Authentication Provider (Doc ID 2981772.1)

Symptoms

On WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4, after configuring Active Directory (AD) LDAP Authentication provider, Users and Groups from AD are not visible on Admin Console > Security Realm.

Errors noted in WebLogic server logs with SecurityAtn Debug enabled are below:
