ORDS 23.2
When attempting to access ords in SSL on a new provisioned database,the following error occurs.

You should not enter any sensitive information on this site
(for example, passwords or credit cards) because it could be stolen by attakers.
You should not enter any sensitive information on this site
(for example, passwords or credit cards) because it could be stolen by attakers.
Due to this issue, users cannot access UAT site in SSL.
