Symptoms

There is a known issue in Apache common files upload 1.4. This issue can lead to an out-of-memory (OOM).

Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4 currently has <ORACLE_HOME>/oracle_common/modules/thirdparty/commons-fileupload-1.4.jar.
