FRM-92100 Error When Running Jspell.fmx in Forms 9i (Doc ID 298421.1)

Symptoms

The JSpell 2004 demo has been implemented for use with Forms.
The test URL for JSpell successfully brings up the JSpell servlet:
http://server:port/jspell2k4/servlet/JSpellServlet?operation=status

FRM-92100: Your connection to the server was interrupted. This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the server. you will need to reestablish your session.
