Symptoms

While running the upgrade process from WCC version 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.2.0, the Upgrade Assistant Fails in Readiness Mode.

When attempting to run ./ua -readiness, the following error occurs:

Due to this issue, administrator(s) cannot proceed with upgrade.
