Jspell Demo is not Bringing Up Dictionary for Incorrectly Spelled Words (Doc ID 298459.1)

Symptoms

The JSpell 2004 demo has been implemented for use with Forms.
The test URL for JSpell successfully brings up the JSpell servlet:
http://server:port/jspell2k4/servlet/JSpellServlet?operation=status

A misspelled word is entered into either the the single line or multi-line text item and the appropriate Spell Check button is pressed. Instead of flagging the word as misspelled, the "Spell Check Complete" box comes up instead of the Spell Check dictionary.

Changes

 The web.xml file in $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/home/applications/jspell2k4/jspell2k4/WEB-INF has been modified as a part of the set-up for using JSpell with Forms.
