Unable to Connect to Imaging in Commit Profile After Changing Password "oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-00020: Unable to authenticate user" (Doc ID 2984622.1)

Symptoms

After changing password on service account receiving an error in the Captuer commit profile configured to commit to Imaging. The error returned in the /dc-console page is:

Failed to Connect to Imaging System. Failed to log in.

In the Capture server log the error appears as:
