WebLogic Server Terminating without Any Trace of Crash or Message (Doc ID 2985534.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently WebLogic terminates from the system.
There wasn't any shutdown or canceled message from WebLogic logfiles and there wasn't either any java crash report generated. 

But were a couple of messages output several times that suggested the server reaches heap memory constraints.
