ORDS PDB Lifecycle Management Cloning Fails On Oracle Cloud Base Database VM (Doc ID 2986756.1)

On : ORDS 23.2/OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 11.0.20+8-LTS   ----> OpenJDK is not supported with ORDS  


ORDS PDB Lifecycle Management Cloning fails on Oracle Cloud Base Database VM

ORDS configured for PDB Lifecycle Management.
When using PDB cloning with TDE enabled (default on OCI) the sequence of commands produced by ORDS leaves the newly created PDB in MOUNTED state.
Main issue is that ORDS fails to properly open the keystore after cloning.
