Symptoms
Following <Note:199072.1> How to Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) For Oracle Forms 9i / 10g, a form is run in SSO mode.
After entering the URL to start the form, the SSO login box appears, and logging in as an SSO user works fine. After that, the form appears but it displays the following error:
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-03114.
