Symptoms

OID 12.2.1.4

EM Console shows OID instance (oid1) up, but gets the following error on trying to access Server Properties.

Failed to load server configuration.Check the Internet Directory Server logs. Possible Error :"java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "NOTAVAILABLE""

 Testing ldapbind fails with Error "Cannot connet to LDAP Server"

OID Dispatcher log file (oiddispdxxxx.log) shows the following errors

[OID] [NOTIFICATION:16] [] [OIDLDAPD] [host: xxxxx] [pid: 12148] [tid: 1] ProcessDispatcher: Starting OIDLDAP Server,PID=xxxxx

oidldapd: error while loading shared libraries: libjvm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
