OWSM PolicyAccessPoint High Memory Consumption Causes a Memory Leak (Doc ID 2988543.1)

Symptoms

OWSM PolicyAccessPoint memory consumption is accumulating even with the OWSM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220905. A memory leak in the OWSM PolicyAssembly class was seen due to Rest Services execution. There is a very slow increase in the heap usage of this object. In the heap dump, it was observed that each of the rest service request endpoints and related objects are kept in memory as a hashmap. What is seen in the heap is as follows:
