In Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c, an effort was made to consolidate the logging and debugging features of the various PLSQL modules that are part of larger OIG processes.  While the documentation for the feature is quite thorough and accurate, this note exists to provide a quick explanation of the feature and to highlight how it is enabled/disabled and referenced.
