Goal

Using Oracle Reports 12.2.1.4, starting a standalone Reports Server using rwserver.sh appears to work at first, but after a few seconds, no processes are running.

Sample syntax:

You have a legacy application so you want to stay on the "old way" of using rwserver.sh, and not use startComponent command.
