SOA EM Console Is Not Responding (Doc ID 2988960.1)

Symptoms

SOA servers are hosted on AIX '7200-05-04-2220' and it was working fine. Post AIX patching '7200-05-06-2320', EM (enterprise manager) console is not responding and during login it is getting redirect to below URL.

https://hostname:port/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.js

And log shows :
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed IPv6 address at index 8: ldap://[host]:port
