OAM AdminServer Prompts for Agent Key Password in the System Output When Creating/Saving CERT Mode Agent (Doc ID 2989303.1)

Symptoms

When creating or saving a CERT mode agent entry (either via the RREG tool or through the OAMConsole user interface) there is a prompt in the system output of the AdminServer (either the AdminServer.out, or in the console terminal if started interactively) for an agent key password:

 The agent will not be saved until a password is provided, which requires the AdminServer be started interactively.
