WCC Records Disposition Action Moves Documents to Arbitrary Framework Folder After Batch Services Processing (Doc ID 2990198.1)

Symptoms

When a document is assigned to a Retention Category that uses Action: UPDATEMETADATA AND assigned to Framework Folder, after running batch services to trigger the disposition action, all documents in the specific batch run are all moved to the Framework Folder of another item in the Batch.
