Windows Service not Starting Managed Server (Doc ID 2990725.1)

Windows Service was setup as given in Example 3-1 Example Script for Setting Up a Managed Server as a Windows Service, in Document https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/wls/START/winservice.htm#START143 .

The Windows Service was started and confirmed to be in Running state, but the Managed Server doesn't start.

The stdout.txt in the path specified in the script shows:
