Symptoms

Accessing a protected resource, after OAM authentication the user is redirected to /oaa/rui/custom/config/property/v1? and encounters error "Bad Request".

OAM OAA integrated environment (this is OAAM migrated env)
Similar issue can be seen even if OAM integration Agent has issues .
