Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB

OSB access.log shows GET requests for "/"

In some of our Production domains
OSB access.log shows GET requests for "/" instead of the actually client / request information.
Also please not that same http access.log settings work fine for SOA servers but not for OSB servers.

Following entries were seen in the access log.
