[Java SE] Performance Issue with SSL over TCP on Solaris (Doc ID 2991922.1)

There is a delay of 20-38 seconds for LDAP search after upgrading to Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) 12C:

The performance issue was observed on Solaris 11.4 when benchmarked against Linux
Load testing was done using Apache Jmeter
Testing was performed on JDK 8u311 and JDK 8u381 and poor performance was observed on both versions

SSL/TLS transaction used TLSv1.2 Protocol and "TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384“ cipher suite.

Upgrade to OUD 12C.
