Post Enabling Proxy Configuration, Non proxy services were failing in B2B. (Doc ID 2991985.1)

Symptoms

Customer was  getting the below error post enabling the proxy from the services which were not using the proxy .

Message Transmission Transport Exception for TP : [ AGBR_VAL ]
Transport Error Code is OTA-HTTP-SEND-1006
StackTrace oracle.tip.b2b.transport.TransportException: [IPT_HttpSendHttpResponseError] HTTP response error :Malformed reply from SOCKS server.

Changes

 Customer has  added the below properties while configuring the proxies into the setDomainEnv.sh file.

-DsocksProxyHost=proxyhost.XXXXXXXX.com -DsocksProxyPort=8081
