Symptoms

After applying Patch 35186834 FMW THIRD-PARTY BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.3.230315 to Collocated Oracle HTTP Server(OHS), selecting Administration ->Virtual Hosts fails with the below error:

 

Once the Patch 35186834 is rolled back everything works fine and issue can be always reproduced easily by applying Patch 35186834.
