Symptoms

On : 14.1.1.0.0 version, WLS JMS

ASAP application response messages are not forwarding to OSM application Cluster Queues.

Working Flow :  ASAP application (AdminServer)-->SAF Queue-->Bridge-->SAFresponsequeue-->OSM application (AdminServer)  

Non Working Flow : ASAP application (14c Admin)-->SAF Queue-->Bridge-->SAFresponsequeue-->OSM application ( 12214: cluster MS1 and MS2)
