On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality
OSB 12.2.1.4: Service with accent in the attachment's title name fails
When customer is attempting to receive a file attachment with an accent in the title name, such as "Filenáme.pdf", it gives out an error:
If we enable the pipeline "execution traces", the service works fine.
