Keycloak Pod Goes Into Tight Loop Terminating And Restarting (Doc ID 2993459.1)

Symptoms

When whole cluster restart or eviction on keycloak running node, sometimes keycloak pod does not start, the status Terminating/Starting in a second.
This problem causes high CPU usage and k8s cluster can not work stably.
