Symptoms

 Issue occurs when running Forms 12.2.1.4 or lower.

A. End users will receive a "Java Application Blocked" or "Failed to validate certificate" message:

Application Blocked by Java Security

 

 

B. End users will receive a Java exception like: "OCSP due to a 'MALFORMED_REQUEST'"
