Symptoms

Intermittently but rarely, something is changing the permissions on the wallet file ewallet.p12.lck file from “600” (meaning the file has read and write permissions) ...

This has rarely happened across multiple environments.
Nobody is displaying or touching the wallet prior to the occurrence of this behavior.
