"failed to read link /usr/bin/javac: No such file or directory" with 8u391 (Doc ID 2994444.1)

"failed to read link /usr/bin/javac: No such file or directory" messages are output when installing 8u391.

Reproduction step:

1. Install jdk-8u221-linux-x64.rpm

　　　　 > rpm -ivh jdk-8u221-linux-x64.rpm

2. Upgrade to jdk-8u341-linux-x64.rpm

　　　　> rpm -Uvh jdk-8u341-linux-x64

3. Uninstall jdk1.8-1.8.0_341-fcs.x86_64

　　　　> rpm -evh jdk1.8-1.8.0_341-fcs.x86_64

4. Install jdk-8u391-linux-x64.rpm

　　　　> rpm -ivh jdk-8u391-linux-x64.rpm
