Symptoms

Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler 23.1 does not migrate nor Import subversion connections from version 18.1.0.0985. This is also seen for version up to 22.2

Changes

Latest versions of SQL Developer Data Modeler (SDDM) (e.g. 22.2 and higher) now creates XML's with namespace prefix tag. While prior versions were not using namespace.
