SOA Audit Trail is taking long time to load after 11g to 12.2.1.4 upgrade (Doc ID 2996438.1)

Symptoms

Viewing the Audit Trail for any selected "Flow ID" takes 3 or more minutes.

Performance issue began after upgrading SOA from SOA/FMW 11g to 12.2.1.4
No errors, only loading flow trace taking 3 to 5 minutes.

Changes

 Upgraded environment from 11g to 12.2.1.4
