Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Technology Adapters

FTP Adapter connection issue

On-prem SOA to OCI EBS server using the FTP Adapter (EBSxxxSftpAdapter), set the Adapter properties as below:
Authentication Type –> publickey
host –>xxxxx
port –> 22
privateKeyFile –> /devfmw/oraclesoa/keys/rsa-key-xxxxx
username –> xxxxx
useSftp —> true.

and still the integration is not able to connect to OCI EBS environment.
