Symptoms


Deployment soa_infra in "Failed" Status After Upgrade to 12.2.1.4

SOA Environment was upgraded from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 following document Oracle Fusion Middleware Upgrading SOA Suite and Business Process Management.
After the upgrade the soa_infra deployment fails to start with the following error:
