Table Column Footer Values Disappear if Table Includes Frozen Columns (Doc ID 2997169.1)

Symptoms

An ADF 12.2.1.4.0 application has a page with an af:table with attribute "columnStretching" set to "multiple" attribute.
If any columns is defined with attribute frozen="true", then the column footer values are not shown.
If the "frozen" attribute is changed to "true", then the footer shows up

The footer is a relevant element in a table, together with the frozen property, but it appears both cannot be used together.
