Symptoms
When attempting to upgrade to 12.2.1.4.0 from 11.1.1.9.0 and run the Upgrade Assistant (ua) utility, as per Doc ID 2315019.1, section J,
the following error occurs.
ERRORS

and
/u01/app/oracle/config/domains/mserver/
(x)Cause: The specified directory was not a valid Oracle WebLogic domain.
Action: See the log file for details. Specify a valid WebLogic domain directory.
(X) Failed to create DomainUtils object
(x) Failed to load Instantiate class :
(x)
(x) Failed to create domaininfo object
(x) Domain info directory did not exist: /u01/app/oracle/config/domains/mserver/init-info
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In order to upgrade WCC 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.4, it is necessary to upgrade the schemas as per note
- How to Upgrade WebCenter Content (WCC) from Version 11g to 12c (Doc ID 2315019.1), section J.
2.The installation has separate domains for the WebLogic Admin server (the aserver domain) and the WebCenter Content Managed Server (the mserver domain) and we are getting the error "Can't find intradoc.cfg" as per note:
- How to Upgrade WCC v11g to 12c When the Managed Servers aren't on the same system as the Admin Server (Doc ID 2309852.1).
