Symptoms

sitespatchsetup Failing: "CSSetupEngine.postURL: PostURL failed for http://{hostname}:443/sites/version.jsp"

When running https://{hostname}:443/sites/sitespatchsetup it is failing, and the error shows that 'http' is being used for the /sites/version.jsp request to test HelloCS servlet.

In the sites.log, the following error is seen:
