Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.221011 version, OSB Build

 Secure an Oracle Service Bus ( OSB ) Service with an OWSM Policy is not working

Attached oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy to proxy service and deployed,while accessing the WSDL not asking the username and password and accessible with out Authentication.
I need the OSB service to secure and accessible with username and password.
