Symptoms
Running OID sbpat downtime phase IDM STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.230809 fails with "spbat downtime phase has FAILED"
Also the log shows "[DATE / TIME ] [INFO] UtilSession failed: ApplySession failed in system modification phase... 'Interim Patch 34986300 not present in inventory'"
