ODI Collocated Agent Cannot Be Reached Under High Load Using Third-Party Scheduler (Doc ID 2997647.1)

Symptoms

A third-party application is used to schedule and execute Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) scenarios. Intermittently, invoking the scenario fails and there are errors seen when sending soap requests to an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c collocated agent to execute a scenario.
This issue occurs when there is high load.

The agent does not seem to be reached, and there are no errors logged at that time in the odiagent.log.

The following errors are seen on the database side:
