When Accessing the Imaging UI Error "Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds: Occurs (Doc ID 2997863.1)

Symptoms

After failing back from the Disaster Recovery site to the Production site and accessing https://<server_name>/imaging, the URL is failing with below error in the browser:

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.


In the ohs1.log, the below errors occur:

[VirtualHost: <server_name>:4443] *******Exception type [HALF_OPEN_SOCKET_RETRY] (attempt to read from disconnected socket: Was unexpected EOF) raised at line 792 of URL.cpp, referer https://<server_name>/

This problem occurs on Imaging, Content Server, and Capture websites.

The SSL flow is as below
LBR (port 443) -> OHS (port 4443) and the WLS (port 16001)

Changes

Performing a fail back from the Disaster Recovery site to the Production site.  Other changes not identified could include LBR certificate changes.
