Symptoms
The Webutil method "CLIENT_IMAGE.READ_IMAGE_FILE" can't work with Chinese Filename.
It's a simple code to read an image file and display in an image item.
When the image filename contains only English letters, the function works well, the image will be read and display on the screen. But when the filename contains Chinese words, nothing happens, even no error message.
