Goal

What is the cause for an unexpected slowness in the "Unpacker" phase of real-time publication after upgrading OWCS from 11g to the latest release, 12.2.1.4?
In the new version, customer observes that publications from Staging (single node) to Delivery (2-node cluster), in general, are slower.
