Symptoms

Error connecting to Web Verifier on new WFR 12.2.1.4.0 DR system:

Web Verifier Client Error
An error has occurred in the Web Verifier Client. Retry operation in a few minutes or contact your administrator.

The stack trace in the trace.log file has the following:
