PDF Import Is Generating Error "Non-image files are not supported" In The Capture Client (Doc ID 2998467.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a pdf file through the Capture Client, the below error occurs:

Message:
 ice.driver.ImageCaptureDriverException: Non-image files are not supported.
 Level:
 WARNING

Non-image files are not supported.
