Symptoms
Only the new access token is returned. When the refresh_token has expired, the user must go through the authorization code process again. No new refresh tokens are generated.
Example response to grant_type=refresh_token:
- Expected Behavior: Making a grant_type=refresh_token oauth request resulted in both the new access token and a new refresh token response is returned
