Symptoms
No refresh token for "public_client" type is generated when using PUBLIC_CLIENT; It gives only an access token.
- Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
- Federation OAuth
- When using CONFIDENTIAL_CLIENT it gives access token as well as refresh token
- Requirement is to get the refresh token using Public client
